PRODUCT INFORMATION

1. WHAT ARE THE DIMENTIONS OF THE LUNCIA 30?
The exterior dimensions are 40cm×29cm×33cm(15.7in x 11.4in x 13in).
The interior dimensions are 33cm×23cm×23cm(13in x 9in x 9in).

2. HOW MANY CANS WILL FIT IN MY LUNCIA?
It can hold 30 12 oz. cans without ice. With plenty of ice to help chill your drinks, it is recommended to put 20-24 cans into the LUNCIA 30.

3. HOW LONG WILL THE LUNCIA KEEP ICE?
The LUNCIA 30, with its welded double-TPU shell, thick foam insulation, and waterproof zipper provides serious cold-holding power. But due to all of the variables that affect ice retention, and because every adventure is different, we believe it is misleading to make specific claims about how long a cooler will hold ice.

4. HOW DO I CLEAN MY COOLER?
Generally using dish soap and warm water will get you cooler clean. Rinse with fresh water and then thoroughly wipe the inside dry with a cloth or paper towel. Leave zipper open for several days to ensure all moisture has dried. Taking care of your zipper is also extremely important. Make sure your zipper is always free of dirt, grime, or other debris for maximum performance and life.
Always store your LUNCIA 30 in the fully closed position, making sure the inside is completely dry.
WARNING: Do not machine wash. Do not dry in an oven or clothes dryer. Do not use bleach.

5. WHY IS THIS COOLER SO STIFF AND HARD TO OPEN?
Loading and unloading contents will become easier as the materials relax with use.
The zipper is airtight zipper and with a little care and maintenance can last a lifetime. We recommend long-term storage with the zipper in the fully closed position to help protect the seal. We also recommend regular application of the included zipper lubricant — especially when putting into storage — by carefully applying the lube to the zipper front, back, and inside.

1. CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel or modify on your behalf after the order has shipped.

2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

3. WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OR A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
